Bathroom & Laundry is combined with a 5kg front loader washing machine, laundry Tub, shower, vanity and toilet.

Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, stove, full size refrigerator & breakfast bench.

Dining room & Lounge room is an open plan style with ceiling fans, dining table for six, T.V, D.V.D, CD player & a modern suede chaise lounge.
