The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom self contained flat down stairs. Perfect for 2 families or a family beach holiday with the grandparents.

• Main bedroom has a queen size bed

• Second bedroom has a trio bunk bed double on the bottom and single on top.

• Down stairs is a self contained 1 bedroom flat with queen size bed, bathroom, lounge room with futon and kitchenette. Own entrance and privacy.
